MyPTProvider's Proficiency Testing (PT) and Interlaboratory Comparison (ILC) programs are quality assurance activities designed to evaluate laboratory performance through comparison of test or measurement results among participating laboratories. These programs help laboratories demonstrate technical competence, monitor ongoing performance, and support method validation in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and the policies of the Saudi Accreditation Center (SAAC).

What are the official working days of MyPTProvider?

From Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (KSA local time) excluding official public holidays. MyPTProvider Portal is accessible online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, technical support and administrative services are provided only during official working hours.

How can I receive my PT Sample(s)?

PT samples are shipped according to the program schedule and delivery address provided during registration. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.

How can I track my PT Sample(s)?

You can track your samples through the MyPTProvider Portal using the tracking number provided in your shipment notification email.

My PT Sample is delayed – what should I do?

How do I submit my test results?
